Senior E-commerce Executive
- Responsible for the sales target of three direct stores（multi-brand，multi-category）: Tmall Global flagship store/JD global flagship store and Kaola flagship store
- Running day-to-day store operations as store manager
- Create and communicate detailed sales implementation schedules and see through to on-time launch;
- Plan and Execute promotion campaigns including model mix plan, creative development, marketing execution.;
- Work closely with call center team to guide them to achieve sales target/others KPI, and improve operation/sales talk;
- Product information management and optimize webpage contents;Make sure all images/feature materials be ready for new launching ;According to promotion plan to optimize online store “display” delivery;
- Paid media implementation, including Zhitongche/Zuanzhan and etc
- Make annual plan according to different brand and category (multi brand / multi category shop)
- Sales analyze and control, make Weekly/Monthly sales report; Promotion budget control and ROI management
- Keep regular & smoothly communication with platform’s Xiao’er
- 2 years work experience in Ecommerce, must have proven experience in store operation in ecommerce.
- Self-motivated and driven. Ability to work well independently and within a group setting
- Detailed-oriented, experience in multi-brand or muti-categories store.
- Preferably someone handle Tmall/Tmall Global before, has operation experiences in ecommerce agency (TP), preferably someone has Tmall resources，preferably someone has experience in multi-brand and multi-category stores.
- Ability to collaborate in a multi-cultural working environment
- Fluent in written English is a must. Fluent in oral English is a plus.
